Return shipping is free for defective items. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using tracked, insured shipping.
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, style, or color, we'll be happy to help at no additional charge (excluding return shipping costs).
Custom and bespoke pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are created specifically to your specifications. A 50% deposit is required at the time of order, with the balance due upon completion.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return and replacement shipping.
